Child trafficking and sexual exploitation are real, and we need your
help to stop them. Safe Passage walks alongside youth who’ve been
impacted by sexual grooming, exploitation, or trafficking. We are dedicated to helping victims escape their abusive environments, sustain freedom, and believe in a hopeful life ahead. We use a holistic and victim-centered approach to support victims through mentorship, which has been proven as an effective method to promote healing in exploited youth. Mentorship is a restorative relationship that encourages growth and healing, builds protective factors, fosters resiliency, and develops a positive and encouraging support system to end victimization for good. At Safe Passage, we take a holistic approach to ending child sexual exploitation and trafficking. We help prevent victimization through programs in local schools to educate teens on the signs of abuse and what healthy relationships look like. We train community members like foster parents, social workers, and first responders on how to identify victims of sexual exploitation or human trafficking. And most importantly, we walk alongside survivors who have experienced sexual exploitation so they can discover new hope for their life and walk in sustained freedom.
